Thejaswini realized that the world of Talent Acquisition was a hot mess while working as a Talent Acquisition Head. She seeks to make it easier for companies worldwide to make a recruitment decision the most effective. She is set on a mission to change the way the world hires.

Our story

Thejaswini was initially just one woman with a laptop and a desire to make people understand Talent Acquisition better, and help corporations make more informed choices. Quickly, what was meant to be a side project grew into a viable business with a handful of employees. At first, Tejaswini's main focus was Recruitment and simple hiring, but slowly the team grew and she was able to leverage AI to seek the ultimate expertise for her clients.
